Help!: Which Medical schools rank candidates for interview by UKCAT scores only?
Which Medical schools rank candidates for interview by UKCAT scores only? (if all the minimum requirements have been met)
Does anyone know? I know that Barts and Southampton have a cut-off. But I don't know which unis. actually rank the student for the interview using the UKCAT only. I would be grateful for any advice.
Thank you

Helloo there,
i'm sorry to say my answer is I don't know! However, that is purely because I do not think ANY uni ranks interview candidates on test scores alone! It doesn't have a huge decision centrd around it, I think it just helps to distinguish between that PS with really good experience and one with EXCELLENT experience.
Good luck, any help with PS and I'm around
xx

Both Newcastle and Durham rank candidates on UKCAT scores and the top 'x' get interviewed. After the interview, PS and the quality of your interview are used to determine whether to give an offer or not.
I believe that Kings use the UKCAT quite heavily too...Third Year Medical Student: Keele
Hopefully: iBSc Pharmacology 2012-2013
