Updates, ty for the bumpy bump
I've cut your contribution, 469er, the best so far though it is, because we don't want to intimidate people from actually clicking/overload the servers Hopefully my brutal subediting hasn't killed tooo much of the meaning...
Incidentally, is your name meant to be an innuendo or merely accidental?

LOL - very cheeky, Sim, and I'm sure you're not the first to wonder. Can anyone guess the origin of my screen name? I'd offer a small prize, but not sure how it could be delivered...
Since this post will bump the thread up again, can I also take the opportunity to apologise to everyone who PMd me about their PS. I promise I will DEFINITELY reply by midweek this coming week.

Add me to the list if you like.
Graduate entry course, applied to 4, got interviews at all of them. Will be mean about what is sent. A bit of a wanker overall.

I'd like to send out my personal statement to as many people who wouild be willing to help tbh!
Getting AS grades tomorrow, predicted: Bio: A, Chem: A/B, Psychology: A/B, Maths: C.
The two in the middle are more likely A's than B's, and I'm taking AS Critical Thinking next year to make up for Maths AS.
UKCAT: 623 average, nothing special unfortunately
Applying for Manchester, Leicester, Keele and UCL (should I bother with UCL?)
Personal statement's pretty good - can I still send it? Is there a limit concerning how mnay people?
Thanks for all your help!

hello
could i just ask about your predicted grade from Chem being A/B, is it possible for you to convince your teacher to give you an A. As Leicester medical school specify an A predicted at A-level Chemistry thats all.

I will try, however I have been clever enough to get on the wrong sides of 2 of my three chem teachers....
BUT if I find out I've got an A tomorrow, then I wouldn't allow them to predict me a B. If they do, it changes where i apply *eek!*
thanks

thats okay, i was sort of in the same boat, its very very complicated but i had 3 A's predicted
but its vital you have an A in A-level chem before you apply to Leicester.
