Well if you think about it, all they have to do is send a copy of your form to each uni. Which probably involves hitting a button. So it won't take long for them to get through everyones once they've started.......maybe.

I submitted my form to UCAS on wednesday 14th and i phoned UCAS on Friday. They said they were having IT problems so my form would be processed sometime next week (starting 26th). It actually says on the UCAS site when u click on apply that they r shutting the site down for a short while to do maintanance.
Processing doesn't mean anything special, its just UCAS clicking send and the forms wizz off to the unis.

I believe 'processing' involves checking each section to make sure it has been filled in correctly. For subjects such as medicine, that we have only chosen four courses as they will reject the form if there are more.

Track still appears to be for 2005 entry. I think they will probably start processing the forms this week to be honest, considering, Clearing is over.

    hi

I submitted on the 12th and called last Friday as I had also seen the 'processed within 24hrs' blurb on the ucas site...became doubley worried when the GAMSAT application form which I requested after I had submitted my application form arrived within a day!!

Apparently they won't start processing until 2005 is done...so it seems we don't have anything to worry about....YET!

I sent mine off last Tues, I was very happy to get it done and have been checking every day for that all important confirmation email! My teacher rang up today and said this same thing as everyone else said, they haven't processed any but they will start this week, I dont really belive them though!!

What's the big rush anyway? It's not as though we'll be receiving offers and refusals as soon as our form is processed. Chill out everyone......you've a long wait ahead! I didn't hear anything last year about any of my choices until February!
