Just think its worth pointing out though that you get hardly ANY space to write answers in the questionaire. so think about key points. theres no need to write huge amounts as prep

also as far as i remember the questionaire is not looked at unless you are borderline getting through on your actual interview.

the main advice i would give you is to relax and make sure you show personality and feelings.

Iceman_jondoe, I followed every single bit of advice you very kindly wrote and sought out, did everything how you said I should at the interview and what do I have to show for it at the end? Why, an offer of course! Thank you very, very much for making this thread. I seriously don't think I would have got an offer without the advice in this thread.

Just an update. I recently spoke to someone who had their interview at PMS and the interview structure and details as I have outlined here remains unchanged. So those of you who are worried that this thread is 4 years old need not worry no more!. cheers.
