    Before freshers week

Hi, a lot of us are due to come in 5/6 days before freshers week to get accommodation sorted out, getting the key, unpacking etc.
Question is, is everyone going to stay or just unload and go back home untill the 18th - freshers week?

I'd stay in halls, get to know your new flat mates!

Well it depends how far away home is but if things go quiet and no'ones about I might go home...but then again, it could take me 5 days to unpack....

    Hey,

Are you talking about the week that we go down and the rest of the uni isn't there? Ie. 18th - 22nd?

I think that we've got things to do with the med school like registration, intro talks. I'm not sure which site you're at but the Exeter Medsoc has arranged loads of activities - including a bouncy castle - details on medsoc website.

I might have got the wrong end of the stick here but I think we have to be there.

oooo, a bouncy castle sounds fun. I'm talking about the week where we have to go before the 18th to get accommodation sorted. I have to go there on the 13th to get my key and I'm wondering if people are staying in the halls till 18th or going home and coming back on the 18th? I'm joining plymouth so it might be different.

Ah, sorry I thought you were refering to the week starting 18th. At Exeter we just need to arrive on 17th to pick our keys up. Sorry.
