What quality standards are used in a pathology lab?
Hi All,
I have to right a short report on a quality standard that would be used in a pathology lab, describe the aims of the standard and name the regulator of the standard in the UK. I can't find any information on this anywhere, can someone please help.

UK NEQAS may be a good place for you to start.
A quality standard is something by which a method can be tested against for its accuracy, reliability, specificity etc. Its quite iidepth and long winded. But look around at UK NEQAS.
