Worth buying a house?
Hey, I was wondering if anyone had any thoughts on whether it's worth buying a house during F1? I'm getting married next year, and we're hoping that by the time I get into F1 the housing market will have sorted itself out! I'm not really one for moving around much, and so would want to complete all my training in as small an area as possible. So does anyone have and experience on buying during training?

I was wondering a similar thing, though I'm not getting married I do have a long-term partner so was hoping to stay in the peninsula deanery for foundation years. I know this is possible but will limit your specialty choice in some deaneries.
In terms of buying a house, I think the market should be at it's lowest in around 2-3 years time so it would be good if you could afford to buy around then. It also gives you some time to decide more definately what you want to do in your foundation years.
I still keep looking on property websites now though- I cant help myself!!PMS *5th year* ~Emma~
