Single parents

Any single parents out there? How do you balance medical school and kids?

I don't know yet but I assume the same way I balance a full-time job and a kid right now (with great difficulty!) I hope .... if anyhting, I am hoping it will be easier :-) Luckily I have only one to juggle (kid that is !)

... just made me smile ( after a day of exams) the picture of you juggling a small child !!! Hope you can catch! Just for balance, do you have any pets you could juggle too???

Oh Nooooooo ... no pets !!! (Don't mention single parents & balance in the same sentence :-)) Having the Guinea Pigs (Fudge & Galaxy) from school for two weekends a year is all I can handle :lol: Used to have a Goldfish, he didn't handle the juggling too well

Should admit that the sense of humour helps with the juggling !

Hope your exams went well ...

thanks, it was molecular biology of the gene...yummy!! The Qs were predictable so that was ok but I got a bit manic about time towards the end and had to rush!
Next ones tomorrow and Thurs! Then I can get to grips with Gamsat! Oh joy!
