Do you mean a Doctor speciallising in Cancer?
As there are different types of Cancer Specialists.
Im assuming you want to be an Oncologist, so therefore you would need get some work experience and apply for Medicine degrees, the medicine course usually lasts 5 years and after you graduate you will complete a foundation programme and do on the job training in your preferred area of medicine.

This is a rough guide, have a look on medical websites such as the NHS etc.

Oh and welcome to the forum!

    1) why the hell is this in an ENT forum??

    2) there are two types of "cancer specialists" medical oncologists and clinical oncologists (the former specialise more in chemo)

    3) you need to do a medical degree, foundation posts and then a specialist training programme in oncology
