I got the workbook through in the post this morning...
Just thankful I did a genetics degree as it all seems doable...having had a surface glance...but have to make an effort to get through the anatomy stuff...

How is everyone else doing with the pre-learning tasks? All looking forward to starting?

Also, do we HAVE to buy the Litman stethescope for £51 quid, I have decent one that cost me half that!?!?! What do you guys think?

I know what you mean, I'm moving for the 7th/8th time now, and the whole packing thing is really getting old, haha

I'm actually looking forward to the freshers events because I've had such a quiet summer walking the wards of the local hospital, although I can't actually stand up on rollerskates so have an almighty fear I'll break my arm, I'm no dancer and pretty useless at team sports....so the week should be interesting for me....at least my constant falling over might be amusing for others

I have spent most of today procrastinating, thinking about what i can wear to the H party and what I can bring to the "meet the staff event" to reflect my past life....

How about you?

I think I might take it steady and just do the Monday and Tuesday evening of refreshers week. These old bones have not been to a nightclub for a very long time so I need to break myself in gently.
Off to tackle topic three of the workbook tonight...
