Folks with offers have to make up their minds soon I think....

6th of May we get our formal rejection but remain on the waiting list until the first day of the course....Which is a complete stress.....

Got the email through today about the UCAS update due for tomorrow...
Other than that nothing

The hope is more than a few places will start to open up with the offers deadline towards the 6th of June. *Fingers still resolutely crossed*

Hi guys,

I rang Cathy Porter in admissions the other day -incidentally she's really pleasant ans said ringing for an update is no problem-and she told me am 8th on the waiting list -my gamsat is 62, she also said that there were 17 places left to match with 17 offers, but that she didn't think all those people would be likely to accept and that therefore they did envisage that they would probably be using the waiting list this year. She also said that that she would know more on 04june and that Swansea hadn'ty yet given out all their offers so some people mighty be holding out on their decision at notts because they were waiitng for an offer from swansea, if u know what I mean!
Anyway there's hope !

hey Colette...thanks for your news...I also rang Cathy Porter...I am 7th so we are close! She did not tell me all the rest of the story so I was a bit doubtful but now I see more hope...good luck to everyone!!!

Yeah, the clearing email. A reminder not to panic when we got the rejection from UCAS through basically X-D

I don't know my position yet...
I guess I'll give Cathy a ring on Monday...

I was planning on finishing my finals before finding out so I don't become too dispondent if I'm number 33 of 33.......But....I probably won't last that long, its all I've thought about this weekend!

Anywho, I should really get back to editing my dissertation
