    The procedure is:

    You submit your Ucas form
    Ucas send it to Lincoln
Lincoln read your form and send you the suplimentary one.
You fill it in and send it back.

So, you will have to wait for Lincoln to send you the form. It's essential you fill it out and return it within the given timeframe.

As you are applying later then normal, I suspect that you may receive the form in the next week or two to be honest. For me, as I applied Nov 05, I had to wait for a month.

It's a fantastic course, and Lincoln is a small but lovely city.

Any questions feel free to ask.

Hey tangliss. I have an interview for this course on Tuesday 4 April. I was wondering if you could tell me, specifically, the type of questions asked and also whether the interview is formal or informal?

    Many thanks.

As my interview was last year, the questions this year may vary.

Typical q's really, why medicine, what do you have to offer, loads of questions on my ps and work experience. I suggest knowing your ps inside out.

This year the interviews have changed, the panel is now 3 members instead of 2.

Also, 90 people have applied to the 10 places for medicine.
