I was unlucky in getting rejected from Newcastle GEP this time around, so i'm looking for a housemate to take my room with my medic friends. They are all third year medical students (4boys, 2girls). The house is on Osborne Ave off Osborne Road. Contract starts July 1st.

The house is huggge, with an enormous fitted kitchen including washing machine, microwave, gas oven and two fridges and freezers. Large living room, and internet connection and cable TV though virgin media. The house is also going to be re carpeted and re decorated for July, which has been written into the contract.

The bedroom is large with a double bed and is fully furnished. For the size of the property and at £60 a week (excl bills) in the Jesmond area is an incredible bargain!
