movin' to USA
i ve applied for 2010 (a100 course). im not very confident about getting an offer but still, if someone gets his undergraduate degree in medicine in UK, is it then possible to move to America to become a neurosurgeon? what are the steps to follow?

If one is considering a move to the US after completing a degree in the UK, you'd need to complete the USMLE and ECFMG certification. The USMLE is an exam of three steps (see the USMLE threads for more info). After that though, neurosurgical posts for grads from abroad I hear are very tough to get, but it isn't unheard of.
