Hi,

I'm a 2nd year medic, and over the past semester or so have come to the conclusion that i want to go into neurosurgery.

I know its a few years until i even start to specialise, however as with everything in medicine, it's going to be highly competitve, so...

Any tips or advice as to what I can start doing now to improve my chances when applying in a couple of years would be greatly greatly appreciated!!! (How to get experience/jobs/reading - anything!)
