I know for certain that liverpool has one, and I guess there must be one in all the london hospitals, but which other uni hospitals has a neurosurgical unit?

The James Cook University Hospital in Middlesbrough has one... As far as I know, at least one of the Newcastle hospitals (either the Royal Victoria Infirmary or the Freeman Hospital) has one too.

It's the big teaching hospital in the Tees base unit for Newcastle medical school... has everything apart from transplant surgery I think.
