Well I'm not an expert in this topic, but as I understood there is no cure for myopathy, most treatments focus on minimize the medical risks and increase the functional abilities of the patient. In most cases rehab, and specialized therapy is needed, and an specific medical management to avoid complications related ( pulmonary/lung complications).
