Need help

Hi,my name is Lucia,I'm a medical dr in Romania,I've graduated in 2005,I passed the exam of professional abilitation in 2005,now I'm doing a traing in order to recognize my title in Italy,at Bologna university,I'll graduate in october(againthis year with a final paper in pediatric Anasthesiology.Lately I downloaded all kinds ao information on the medical training(postgraduated)in the UK,but,honestly I find difficult to understand the organization of the Uk system,exams in order to apply for a training in Anaesthesiology.Could you help me,please?
