I doubt there are any free questions except the sample papers on the MRCP website. IF your prepared to pay then onexamination.com or pastestonline.co.uk .
Not sure what nearest chat time means, and I wouldnt suggest putting your address and phone number on a public website.
You can try www.emrcp.com . they have around 1000 free questions online.
You can also download free mrcp books and mocks from www.neurology4mrcp.com .
mrcpass has also around 500 questions free.
