DOnt come to Peninsula if you want to be a surgeon. Your not taught anatomy properly at all. I spoke to a recent graduate of Peninsula who WANTED to be a surgeon, he had a look at some of the surgical exams after f2 and is convinced that if he had had proper anatomy teaching at Peninsula he would have had a chance at them but because he hasnt, hes settling for paediatrics or public health. Unless you willing to sit down and learn the whole of grey anatomy or netter atlas of anatomy yourself then you havent got a chance of Peninsula turning you into a sirgeon because its utter crap for anatomy.

    Hi Teo
Well ive gotten used to it now. I am a third year after all and its grown on me. There are a few things here and there which i still dont agree with, but to be honest once you meet a few people and work hard you strat enjoying yourself. You have to be extremely self motivated to suceed at this course compared to other courses, as you do not get spoon fed the information you have to do the work yourself, which can be frustrating when your in year 1, but as your progress through to the clinical years it all makes sense.
