WELL DONE!!

Sorry i havent been on this website in ages. Just to say well done on being accepted at St George's! I would love to have gone to a London College, but it was too expensive.

I guess we can completely forget our cambridge rejections now! We will make better doctors this way lol.
Anyway good luck in the future, im studying at edinburgh. I'm so nervous.

Haha well you must have good taste choosing the same subjects as me! Although I wish I hadn't taken all the sciences now. Too much like hard work!
Yeahh I was delighted to have an offer from St George's! I thought my interview went terrible, I was so nervous infront of 4 people! My other interviews were only with two. I've decided I'm going to put St Andrew's as my first now so no St George's for me :[ I don't think I'd get AAA anyway!
I got rejected without interview from Bristol. Didn't really want to go there anyway, that was a last minute choice before I had to hand my UCAS application in lol.
Where else are you waiting to hear from?

Thanks!! I got 5.3, 5.3, 9. Which i thought was ok at the time, but next to it i saw written D,D,C which i guess is the grade equivelant. What did you get? Imperial and Cambridge, that is a brave application, i only had it in me to apply to one of the academic places!
I got feedback from the school, but my headmaster wouldnt show me it, he just read out the bits he thought were interesting, so i e-mailed the college asking for a copy, lol. Did you tick that box at the bottom of one of the sets of application froms they sent us. If they dont want to give you feedback you should start threatening Freedom of Information at them!
I wanted to go to Bristol, but im doing really badly at my alevels, its too much work doing 3 in one year - well for me anyway! I have all my responses now, got an unconditional for dundee today! But i think edinburgh is for me. It has the best reputation.
Do you know what you would do in your gap year?

Prepare really well for St.Georges. Its more of a bog-standard interview experience.

lol. I got feeedback and they said it was my BMAT which let me down I kind of feel like why invite me for interview if the BMAT wasnt good enough!
Yeh i got an unconditional to edinburgh, so i think i am going there, which im happy about. I got in to aberdeen, but dundee haven't got back to me yet.
Oh is st george's in london? Sorry, Im from scotland so i dont really know about many english universities (there too expensive!). I wouldn't worry though, Im thinking of doing a gap year caue ill only be 17 when i start, and it looks like it could be fun :P If you dont get in, at least you have a shot at applying to another 4 med schools again, and you could get into cambridge! Were you disappointed not to get in? I was kind of down for a while, just cause it was quite alot of extra work to try and get in.

Oxford rejection.

Hey, I think I met you at the clare interview. I was the one from scotland, and you were sitting next to the guy with amazing gsce and bmat right? You had that book about best science equations or something and you told us about the weird chemistry diary you had to keep! lol I think your the same person, i remember you telling me your bmat and ukcat scores. Unlucky on not getting in, i got rejected too.

Its kind of annoying when other people got in, but they didnt apply to as competitve courses! How are your other applications going? I think i am going to edinburgh.
