Erm ... ok? That was a bit random as I am not applying to Nottingham so I don't know when they send out their questionaires. If you are worried, and have not heard anything from them yet, I guess you could just phone the med schools or up, or just e-mail them.

i am a judge but i fluent the english, no i haves any problems with the language it can very easily speaksfor me. Universities doesnt want a good english and but the only want a good academic apply at universitys. and i have not the questionair the teacher in school sended the apply of UCAS maybe on saturday or sunday

You should have been sent an e-mail with a document attached from Nottingham. This document contains a link to an online questionnaire that needs to be completed if your application is to be taken to the next phase of application.
