Yeah well what i've been told is that at university isn't like A-level, you aren't spoonfed and with any course you have to do most of the work - i guess with medicine tho its an even more intense and challenging course therefore PBL is difficult to adapt to - and i think i wont enjoy it at the start at all but hopefully learn to. What i am worried about (and what i gathered from your post) is that PBL at peninsula is bad compared to other PBL-based courses at other uni's? Also surgery really intrests me and u mentioned the lack of anatomy - is that still the case? Very thankful for your time to reply to this btw iceman_jondoe.
Hey iceman, a while ago I read your post about "how your finding PMS" on the student forum. From what i can remember you weren't extremely happy with peninsula's teaching. What are you're views on it atm? Still the same? Obviously the longer your there the more you get to experience. I just wanted to take couple of minutes of your time to ask you about ur views on PMS teaching style - since am applying there for the second time (re-applicant). Many thanks.
Your welcome!!!
I love your interview thread in the PMS forum!!! Thanks so much!
