Hello, how are you getting along with the case guys?

Hi Damien,

Can you please send me details of your Judicial Review paperwork that you have served to BIS.

The BMA are considering starting legal action against BIS and they have asked me to pass along as much information as I can, could you please send me over as much info as you have.

I have asked the Parliamentary & Health Ombudsman to investigate the actions of BIS/SLC in regards to not following the independent assessor's advice & I have a meeting with HYMS to discuss the mater on Friday.

As soon as I hear anything i'll let you know.
