Prep is going well. Had a mock interview and that was v.useful. It's great to re-create an interview scenario and get the adrenaline pumping (just to prepare!) Am getting much more nervous that have decided to get to Exeter the night before (I don't want to be dealing with traffic whilst being stressed about an interview!) Ethical questions should be ok if an easy-ish scenario pops up...fingers crossed!!! What A-levels are you taking then?
Am doing part time A level at college, working as a sales assistant and got a job as an hca in a care home. unlukily i woudnt hav started it before the 9th, which is a shame really as id hav liked to talk about it in the interview.. bt oh well. am also volunteering with the disabled. Hows the prep so far? i am really dreading the ethical questions .
I'm working as a full-time HCA in a hospital amongst other things. 12.5hr shifts are fun (at times) and interesting but killer on your feet! How about you? What are you up to?
I haven't booked a place yet but yeah would be one from the sheet. I know, its really useful . so what r u doing in ur gap yr? Oh and hello heugene! see u on the 9th
Are you staying at one of the places they recommended? (from the Exeter accom sheet that came with the interview pack) Thought it was nice of them to give us that. There seem to be more of us 9th Dec interviewees popping up...I wonder if we'll be able to recognise eachother... I'll probably be the slightly hyper one, up to my neck in caffine :P
I live in portsmouth. The train journey is around 3-4 hours but id be stayng the night in exeter. Arriving at 8.15 would be a challenge otherwise. 210 miles! ouch. coffee! yay lol
Oh right! Nah, I live in Leicester. The trains are a bit rubbishy in the morning and would require me waiting 6 hours in Bristol! (From about 11pm the night before to 5am!!!) I'm going to have an early drive in! (You'll know who I am then cos I'll smell of coffee!) 210 miles :S I'm dreading the drive as well as the interview! Are you from Exeter?
Yeah mock interviews would be really helpful, i hope i can organise some as well. No, i was referring to bsms interview. Do u live around exeter then or would u be getting there the night before?
Yeah, the thread's really good! I'm nervous too :S *runs around in circles making odd noises* I think I shall try and organise some mocks for later on in the week (need some time to prepare) Did you have a job interview recently or smthg?
omg!!! mine isnt until 12.45 but have to arrive by 8.15 as well. Yes thats what am reading right now! pretty helpful dun u think. having had an interview experience recently (too recently :P) i shouldnt be very nervous, but i AM :S. Oh well.. would u be having any mock interviews?
