Becoming a football club doctor or medic

i was woundering wat qualifications a club doctor has, dos he get paid as much as a normall doctor? how wud u apply for such a job? is anyone here or know a football club doctor?

I would imagine since he's a doctor and a consultant dermatologist, that the answer would be: yes.
