Krav Maga

Hey, this martial art/combat style really looks interesting. Actually looks useful for real life situations. Not perhaps the most elegant techniques, but then do you really care when a guy sticks a knife in your face?

Anyone one at uni actually practice this? There aren't any trainers near me (all based in central B'ham) but the unis I'm applying to all seem to have instructors near the campuses.

Krav Maga is a military hand-to-hand combat system developed in Israel, which assumes no quarter will be given, and emphasizes maximum threat neutralization in a "real life" context. It came to prominence following its adoption by various Israeli Security Forces.
