    How much can I increase those traits important in sports ?

    1.How much can I increase my lung capacity ?
    2.How much can I increase my heart size ?
    3.How much can I increase the number of red blood cells in my blood ?
    4.How much can I increase the number of mitochondria ?
    5.How much can I increase my mitochondrial density ?
    6.How much can I increase the respiratory capacity of my muscles ?

    2) do some rowing
    3) inject yourself with more blood
    4) do some tennis
    5) place urself in a car crusher
    6) wrestle

    A Levels: Predicted AAAA Bio, Chem, Maths, Physics
    UKCAT: 2420
    BMAT: 6.0, 6.2, 12.0! makes up for the crappy ukcat

    Nottingham - Medicine - Offer for other degrees- Withdraw
    UCL - Medicine - AAB Offer - Firm
    Kings - Medicine - Rejected without reason
    Leicester - MPhys - Offer - Declined

    The question was How Much, not How.
    Therefore, I don't have a clue, but an educated guess would be between 10-25% for every answer.

    I think that all increases must go one by one and you first of all need to feel if you need that increase at all. I think that is very important to your health
