Cross Country/Long Distance Running

I know you will all think this makes me a WUSS but anyone want to join in this one?
South West London and St George’s Mental Health NHS Trust are having their inaugural 5k Run which is taking place on Saturday the 24th October 2009 at Springfield University Hospital in Tooting.

Well age is not a problem at 5k distance. You can walk if you need a rest. Are you in S London? Can you persusde a parent or guardian to take part with you? There is, unfortunately an entry fee to cover costs and the medal.
