Quaterbacks, javelin throwers, etc
How to American football quarterbacks, javelin athletes, and so on avoid over-developing the muscles on the throwing side of their body. I've seen it happen with canoeing - if you only paddle on one side you can get really unbalanced muscles. Surely the above sportsmen would get the same kind of thing, as they are only ever really using one arm for their sport.
