No matter what you're interested in going into... this is a book you need to check out!! It reviews all the major topics with excellent incorporation of pathophysiology and pharmacology. Many of my classmates swear by this on the wards.

Though I haven't read it till now, I think it is worth reading! And I will read it if I can get the chance!
