CURRENT MED STUDENTS PLEASE HELP!!!!

On my limited budget, i cant afford many books til i start uni in september, BUT, its my birthday on the 18th, so, il be buyin books then!!!! the question is, what books should i buy in preperation, il be going to Liverpool uni, which is PBL, also, ive already bought the most up to date tortora book (principles of anatomy and physiology) opinions of liverpool students greatly welcomed!!!!!

If you have money for books but don't know what to get yet, why not get book tokens? That way you can not spend the money on beer by mistake and can buy the books you want or need once you have a better idea (ie once the course has started).

this has been said numerous times, but don't go overboard and splash out - i'm sure there'll b a 2nd-hand market (there's one in practically all med schools), where 2nd years will b lookin to get rid of their first year books... you never know, if you're nice you may be able to borrow some
