I've Harber textbook ,but I can't find some formula and details .......

so recommend me what you think it's better than harber ....

Berg, Tymoczko and Stryer: "Biochemistry". Was on the 5th edition last time I checked.

There's a 6 now i think, but it seems pretty rare, i've only seen it on tables not in shops... and the US amazon.
