Yes! But opinions vary greatly. I think Bates' Guide to Physical Examination and History Taking is brilliant for those starting med school. It will cover your needs with excellent pictues and explanations. I would say it is worth the extra cash, but if budget rules maybe Clinical Skills: Oxford Core Text (Oxford Core Texts) (Paperback).
If you are in 4th year and beyond, the BEST (but a bit complicated for earlier years) is (IMO) Clinical Examination: A Systematic Guide to Physical Diagnosis (Paperback) by Talley and O'connor.
I've heard good things about Oxford Handbook of Clinical Examination and Practical Skills
but have never used it.
If I could only pick one, it would be Bates.
