Paediatric nursing book?

I would like to get into paeds at some point, and to give me a bit of an idea of how to approach chlid communication i started reading moms books on teaching and those "knowing your 5 year old" style books. However, she quickly pointed out that communicating with children that are bouncy and happy is a rather different affair than with children who are stressed/anxious/in pain...

...So I'm on the hunt for a good paedriatric nursing book in the hope that it will give better advice on the considerations and approaches to think about when working with children in healthcare.

Any advice?

cheers
