i got bored by the dressing station. bit to litarary for my liking i think.

i can't emphasise enough the there is really no need to do any work before medical school. The whole point of the first couple of years is to introduce you to teh important scientific concepts for a career in medicine.

Your work methods will change out of all recognition, the hours your put in now, will probably turn out to be of little practical use: take the time to relax.

If you want to read useful things, read a newspaper. Have an idea what is going on with the world, particularly the NHS.

Heya,

As stated before, don't waste your time going over things now, you will be taught all you need to know during lectures (or PBL depending on Uni). You will be spending both your christmas break, and your easter break studying for your formative examinations (or not as the case may be) so you don't want to go wasting your summer. Go on holiday, spend time with friends, buy fun stuff for your room, make dinner for your parents!

At UCL you can take a language as your preclinical SSMs (1 afternoon a week) so you can study them without giving up an evening.
