Smile revision what to do what to do....

Hi guys doing my finals at the moment - hows everyone else doing? I've been looking through this site to see if there anywhere to talk about revision techniques, web sites to use, past papers, questions and books, and I haven't really found anywhere that ticks all those kind of boxes so I thought I would ask for your advice here. So yeah - any suggestions? Standard stuff i'm using is kumar and clarke, the schools (Manchester by the way) past papers, onexamination.com for practice questions and anything else i can get my hands on!

So yeah if you guys have any suggestions it would be great to hear from you. This is my first post on here, I hope we can strike up a good discussion about it.

cheers
VAZ

Study partners are god's gift. I know I'm not at med school yet but I doubt I'll change so much I'll want to just revise alone!

Oooh god no! I need to be alone.

"Alone, alone,
All alone on a wide, wide sea" Coleridge anyone? lol

Study buddies would just distract me.

You would think that but it can actually be really really useful and a lot more productive than self-studying, obviously provided you and your friends are focussed and in the right mood to revise. Everyone thinks differently and I think sometimes it helps your understanding when you hear something explained a bit differently. It definitely works for me.

They really are, have covered half the info I need to cover for the end-of-year exams already with a friend, gets it done really quickly and stops you procrastinating...

Still asking though - anyone out there with any useful revision websites? Stuff with practice quizzes etc? I've got one - just have to look it up - will be back with more then.
