Hi Kitty,

Clinical Biochemistry - An Illustrated Colour Text is a really good little book. It has a double A4 page spread on all the major clinical tests and is a really useful rescource for this sort of thing. Explains LFTs really well.

All the best,

The Oxford Handbook of Clinical and Laboratory Investigation is pretty comprehensive.
