lol i really doubt they would go to so much trouble, they are busy people after all! i think some admissions people do read this forum and some are even members and post to advise us applicants...but i really doubt they go to the trouble of finding out who said what and check it with the many thousands of their applicants. also um...your username is hardly going to give away your full name and details!

why? are you worried they'd see something you posted on here you'd rather not have them know? =P

*grins* i wouldn't find it too far-fetched, myself...for all we know, they probably employ penniless students to haunt the forums and inform them of what us crazy, stressed-out applicants are saying about them...

Admissions at Barts were very much part of their forum and the lady who ran their Admissions last year sometimes comes on here. She has, however, said that she tries not to relate the identities of people on the forum to the applicants. But basically, I think you're right that they're far too busy to be worried about this sort of thing.

Oh, that old thread! I remember stumbling across it a few days before my UCL interview and getting really confused over it. I think it'll scare the little kids applying this year too.
