Leeds interview

Having my interview in Leeds on Monday...very nervous as it will be my only one....been rejected for the other options
Anyone who went to Leeds and would share some ideas or questions that came up would be very muvh appreciated.

My daughter was in the same position. Waiting to hear from Leeds after interview. Asked a lot about personal statement. Go to www.admissionsforum.co.uk. Then follow the medical school applicants forum to medical school interviews and you'll find lots of questions from "interview questions by university" in the thread on Leeds. Just about covers everything she was asked and more. Hope you both meet there in Sept!
Ps She really enjoyed her day there!

hey i have an interview on monday at leeds too

what times ur interview varde? im quite nervous too as it is my last interview lol any advice ppl? ^_^

mine is at 10.10 am ..it's my first and only ...and I don't feel prepaired!haven't done any mock interview either...shame on me...and I can't find the thread on admissionsforum for Leeds queations...and...

oh i c, mine is at 11.00, u going for the tour after? i havent done any mock's either although i have already had an interview which didnt go too well lol..... well this is the link ur looking for.

Good luck to both of you. Remember your not the only one who'll be feeling nervous- it's only to be expected. Go through the questions from the thread relevant to you and jot down ideas for answers. Think about your own personal statement and how it shows evidence of teamwork, responsibility etc- and breathe in deeply through your nose and out through your mouth afew times while waiting to go in! (My daughter laughed when I told her to do that but it does help steady the nerves.)

Good luck to you all going in for interviews. By the way, does anyone know when we will hear from leeds after interview? Maybe this lot is the last batch and then they'll be sending out decisions ???
