The question was `Why a doctor?`
There isn't a whole of deduction required to realise that my answer is in relation to the question.
I also spoke about helping them `get better`.
My personal statement is complete, and is far more expressive than my post. But that can be attributed to my first point. There was a question asked, why ignore that when reading my answer?O.o

you didnt mention medication actually, you just added that to back up your own lost argument.

the word 'plumbing' was brought direct to mind by your quote, in fact. There are a lot of scared and confused people, who are in no position to help themselves. Some of us are capable of retaining knowledge can that can help them get better, and be less afraid.
I am motivated by my unwillingness to sit by and watch any more."...reminds me of childhood memories,
when Everything was as bright as the bluest skies.."

What do you believe the purpose of this question is though?
If you are not clear you will be critised and finding the unique thing(s) about medicine is important for interview so if you actually said that at interview don't be shocked to be challenged or score lowly at least for that response2nd Year medical student at Keele university
