Bodybuilder scarred from steroids

He also appears to have gyno or at least a fat build up around the gland... The scarring will become a lot less obvious once the inflamation goes down but he's scarred himself for life, I hope he's learned something from this.

I also think this is a clear cut case of abuse but I guess it would be too much for the bbc to state that in the title of their article.
