    Obviously a good start, but if you want to cut consumption by more than the current third of adult intake, there's still a long way to go.

    Why do they even put salt into things like cake and breakfast cereals..?!

    Your response to lowering salt consumption depends on your genes so apparently only 20% out of a load of people showed any change... in anything.
