It must just show their strength, then, but still its not something yu wud wish on anyone

oh right - sorry, i was misinformed there. still, 14 is pretty bad as it is. i had a quick look and the offical position actually seems liberal enough, within the reasonable bounds of society anyway, but it's still a fairly large problem isn't it?
