Hey,
Be careful. Remember this is only one paper and the findings are controversial so you can set this in stone. We don't know whether it was published in a reputal paper.
It might be a really exciting new discovery but just be careful not to jump to conclusions... medicine is highly evidence based now and one paper won't change clinical practice.

1-renal ischemia
2-renal a rtery stenosis
3-pheochromocytoma.......

I wouldn't listen too hard to the metro's interpretation of scientific research. Sounds to me like the study findings suggest generalised vascular endothelial inflammation as a cause for hypertension - which is not really against current thinking, just an ajunct. If you have generalised vascular inflammation, this leads to atherosclerotic plaque formation, a reduction in vessel lumen diameter and hence higher pressures in the system.
