It'll be almost impossible to organise a transfer halfway through your course to a UK medical school. You'd be coming into the final year of the clinical course which would be tricky as med schools tend to organise their curriculum to cover the whole clinical syllabus over the last three years. You are coming from an EU country, but that does not necessarily mean the course in Romania will be considered directly transferable. You're best bet is to contact individual medical schools directly and ask them what they advise. I'm pretty sure they will expect you to reapply to start in first year again. You'd be much better off finishing your degree in Romania and qualifying, then trying to sit an equivalency exam to be able to practice in the UK.
