Elective for international students

I am medical student from the American University of Beirut-Lebanon. I am trying to get a 4 or 8 weeks elective in the U.K. preferably in orthopeadic surgery. I applied to Kings College London but they have no vacancies for the period between Dec15 - March 15. I ll be gratefull if somebody can help me to find an elective in the U.K.
