It only changes if the interview invite is actually sent through UCAS, and I'm not sure there's actually that many unis which do that for medicine.

I have interview at keele 21/12/09. My track didn't update to invite...i just got a letter from the uni. I rang them to confirm i could attend, and they said that there is some prob between them and track and for me not to worry.
Uni of Warwick 2009 graduate: Biochem 2i BSc hons
UKCAT score av 645
Applying for 2010 entry to:
Warwick GEP-rejected w/o interview 26/11/09
Soton GEP-rejected w/o interwiew 24/3/10
HYMS 5 year- rejected w/o interview
Keele 5 year- interview 21/12/09-OFFER! 7/1/10
Fingers crossed for my third application!

UCAS take so long to update that unis don't use it to invite people as sometmie they only give 2 weeks notice and you might not find out from UCAS until a week in advance so they cut out the middle man!
