Grads

Grad 5 year courses - Interviews / Rejections

Although seemingly repetitive; have any grads heard back from 5 year courses they've applied to? I've read a lot of threads about school leavers getting interviews..but not much else. I'm waiting on Barts and Kings 5 years. It's killing me. Good luck everyone.

So you applied to UCL for the 5 year as a grad? Which others did you apply to?

My only 5 year is Soton, and I know that's going to be a while yet...

I applied to UCL, Kings and Barts (five year) and also Kings for the four year, for which I received a rejection.

I have a humanities degree and I wanted to remain in London, so my choices for four year courses were limited. Nevertheless, I love all of the schools that I have applied to, so I would ecstatic if I have the opportunity to attend any of the programmes.

Edit: I do have a favourite, but am scared to say on such a public forum since I have already given so much away about myself.

Did most of you stick some five year options in? I went for a full set of four years (though on the basis that a five year offer might be a possibility from Kings). Whilst I know that some (Kings, Newcastle) are intensely competitive as a grad, are the others really that much easier to get into than the five year?

Though with my background, I suspect I'd have issues with meeting the entry requirements for non-graduate courses.

How do you mean: having issues with meeting the entry requirements for non-graduate courses?
