On the UCAS form did it specifically say that it was for drug offences and physical abuse? Because if it didn't then it was your responsibility to tick that yues you do have a criminal offence. Unless it said explictly that cautions do not count (and yours isn't even spent yet) then you may have a problem. For enhanced CRB checks related to working with vulnerable people it will show up, and that was your opportunity to present it.

Indeed it does. It asks if you have committed crimes of a particular nature. These are deemed relevant offences, of which bus stop aggrevation is not one of them

remember the guy who got rejected from imperial (they withdrew their offer) or summat coz he hadnt declared his conviction.. somethin that had happened ages ago... oh ryt, i thnk he was a burglar, but thats a bit extreme..

Although...he was done for car jacking or summat like that wasn't it?

He was given the offer and then it was rejected amirite then he played the race card or summat?

No..... he was convicted of burgulary, he purported that he was led into the house and was there for around 3 minutes, got nicked and received a criminal conviction.

He did however go on to raise over £10k for charity, did loads of volunteering etc and got 4 A's at A level.

Hehas subsequently got a place at Manchester after been rejected by Imperial....there loss I guess
